Now that a large part of the demolition work has been done, the time for rebuilding has come. But as it is, if something is to be particularly beautiful, it has to be very well planned and prepared.

Of course, this takes a lot of time and patience and honestly we couldn’t have managed the whole renovation during normal business operations, because as you can see in the pictures, there weren’t even any individual rooms in the meantime.
