Hugo was born female but realized early on that he wanted to live as a boy/man. He began his transition some time ago by starting male hormone therapy, resulting in significant facial and body hair growth. He also works out a lot, giving him a very muscular physique.

He hasn’t undergone gender-affirming surgery yet, so he still has female genitals. However, a mastectomy is planned for the near future. We wish him all the very best.
